Ceux qui ont dépassé ce point de contrôle ont gardé un souvenir mémorable d’un raidard à près de 15% après la sortie de la ville. De là, direct vers l’ouest pour rejoindre la Loire au pied des coteaux de Sancerre. Une équipe de l’ACP, présente à Saint-Satur a effectué le contrôle de quelques participants. Le retour, plein Nord s’est fait en longeant la Loire jusqu’à Gien puis Montargis et Moret-sur -Loing, vent de face.
